| He holds a BFA Graphic Design from Chapman University.He has been with us from the beginning. He has over 15 years of experience in the graphic design industry and is a driving force in our organization. |

Jason Mangone Project Manager |
| Jason had been managing the back office since the company's inception.He has a Bachelor of Project Management from the University of Missouri and has worked in administration for San Diego Robbins Research International, a Senior project manager.
But a funny thing happened - we discovered Jason was an outstanding project manager. For years we struggled to find someone with the right balance of client-facing skills, technical understanding, and team-building approach. Turns out he was right in our own "back-office". |

| Cliff is a devoted member of the riskfreedesigns.com team. Since 1996, he has been a full-time member of our team, programming interactive solutions for riskfreedesigns.com and its clients Cliff has 25 years of general programming experience and 14 years experience developing Internet applications. His experience also includes multiple programming languages and operating environments. He has a Master's Degree in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems. |
