Frequently Asked Questions about Web Design
1. Q. How much does a web site cost?
There are quite a few factors that are going to affect the ultimate cost of your web site. These factors include how many pages you are going to have, what are the contents you like to include in your website, the total graphic works involved and above all, it depends upon the packages you have chosen. If your requirement is web hosting and domain name registration, it takes you extra payment but we assure you our prices are not out of reach.
2. Q. How long does it take to have a web site designed?
The time frame is determined by the size of your web site, the complexity of your site design, and our current client design schedule. You will be updated with improvement and revisions of your website in a week.
3. Q. What domain name should I choose?
This depends on how you are going to use it. If you are going to be telling people over the phone, choose one that is easy to say and spell out loud. Above all it will be better to choose one that is memorable and not confusing.
4.Q. What is the difference between a “static” and a “dynamic” site?
A static site is one that is written in HTML only. Each page is a separate document and there is no database that it draws on. What this means functionally is that the only way to edit the site is to go into each page and edit the HTML - so you'd either have to do it yourself using a webpage editor like FrontPage or pay me to go in and edit the site each time you wanted something changed.
A dynamic site is written using more complex code and can do a lot more. For instance, I can make an area where you can log in and change various parts of the site, such as adding information or products. This is because each page is constructed based on the information in a database, and the information in that database can be changed via another interface.

5. Q. What is site maintenance?
Site maintenance is a fee paid monthly to keep your site updated with new content that you provide. Most good web sites have new content updated regularly. Fresh content is what will keep your visitors coming back. This is an optional service that we provide for our customers. If you want to maintain your website yourself you can do so.
6. Q. How do I get my website listed on search engines, especially Google?
Modern search engines like to find your site naturally, through links to your site from other sites. Google especially relies on your incoming links to determine your popularity and relevance.
7. Q. What after sales support do you offer?
After the completion of a website project we are available for after sales service. Any slight tweaks or amendments are carried out to the site free of charge in the first month. Any support thereafter a period of one month will be charged.
8. Q. Is it possible to provide us with unlimited revisions in only $ 5?
Yes, we provide unlimited revisions in $5 but the final files are provided only after the full payment has been received.
