Copyright and intellectual property rights
1. All designs and images provided on this web site are the copyright of Riskfreedesigns.com and its clients and may not be reproduced in any form without the express permission of Riskfreedesigns.com and its clients.
2. All rights reserved.
3. All rough designs, concepts and other images produced by Riskfreedesigns.com during the design process remain the ownership of Riskfreedesigns.com and may not be used in any way without permission.
4. Once a final design has been agreed, Riskfreedesigns.com will send the final files via email, it is at this point that we hand over the copyright and ownership of the design to the client. We reserve the right to use any design created by Riskfreedesigns.com in our promotional activities.
5. Clients will be responsible for trademark/copyright of their design. The client will not hold Riskfreedesigns.com responsible for any copyright infringement that occurs after design of the logo, business stationery and web designs if in the case the company name is already in use. It is the client's responsibility to research its company name to ensure that the name is not already in use or protected by copyright or trademark laws. Refunds will not be made in the case of possible copyright infringement.
6. Ownership (copyright and title) of the final artwork become the property of the Client, having unlimited, indefinite, and royalty-free use of the image upon payment of all fees. Riskfreedesigns.com retains rights to display the artwork in portfolio and advertising materials. All concepts, or other preliminary materials, which are not selected by the Client or are not included into the final delivery and it remains as the full property of Riskfreedesigns.com. Clients can purchase additional designs provided within the samples in additional rate.
Initial Concept Delivery
Riskfreedesigns.com will begin the design development process upon receiving the initial payment. The client will be notified by e-mail immediately upon payment confirmation, thus assigning a designer and confirming the immediate start of the project. Riskfreedesigns.com will produce your initial concepts within 2 business days and web design services according to the number of pages ordered following the receipt of your payment
Revision rounds (logo and business stationery)
Revision cycles generally consist of 2 additional compositions that incorporate changes requested by the client in the Revision Brief. The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. The client may request significant changes in the 1st and 2ndround, and the Responses might be quite different in nature from the original composition chosen. By the 3rd revision request, Client's requests shall be modifications of the current composition only. We provide unlimited revisions.
Revision rounds (Web application and web design services)
The purpose of the revision process is to create Responses that move forward in a specific direction as determined by the client. The client may request significant changes in different round and the Responses might be quite different in nature from the original composition chosen. We provide unlimited revisions. Revisions take according to the number of pages order and complications.
Payment
Payment is made through the Riskfreedesigns.com Secure Accounting System, to which client will be provided access upon project acceptance. We request to make payment before we start working. Full refund will be provided if unsatisfied.
Refunds
1. Refunds and not normally available once the final file has been supplied to the client.
2. If you have already approved and received the final draft of a design and asked for refunds, in that condition we cannot refund you. Your approval represents an acceptance of final drafts of the designs and your level of satisfaction.
3. If you have failed to communicate us or if you do not come in contact within two months that is; for more than sixty days, we will be unable to provide refunds and logos at a same time. Riskfreedesigns.com will not be responsible for your losses.
4. If the company for whom the design was performed should change its name, change its design or undergo other alterations rendering a design, we cannot issue a refund and remake of design needs to be paid extra if you haven't approved your design at the period of special opportunity program. Our special opportunity includes life time alternation to your logo (only).
5. Once you have received your refund, one has no rights to the design we provided. We have full authority on our designs we provided. We can use the design file anywhere we want and give it to other companies if required. You can't use the design even as a reference after we have provided full refund.
Project Duration:

Trademarks and Service marks
Riskfreedesigns.com expects the Client to perform researching on their company name to be sure the name is not already in use and securing a trademark or service mark to protect the Client's legal rights to any name or image. Riskfreedesigns.com will not be held responsible for any legal action that may result from improper due diligence on the availability of a company name or image.
